Need a Doula in San Antonio?

This page will be added to and hopefully grow into a large collection of positive birth stories. I believe that expectant moms will greatly benefit from being able to read lots of positive and encouraging birth stories during their pregnancy. These stories will help to counteract the negative things that they are undoubtedly hearing from TV and others, possibly even their caregivers and close friends.

My suggestion to expectant moms is that you read as many positive birth stories during your pregnancy as you can and stay away from the negative ones. Latch on to your favorites, and read them over and over until you are very familiar with them. Share these stories with your husband and doula, and meditate on them in bed at night. Visualize yourself having a gentle, peaceful, and joyous birth.
